 Player Transaction Policy:

From time to time NFL coaches like to keep the opposing team guessing about the health of a player.  So many times a fantasy owner does not know if a player is going to play at all or not.  To protect against this, since you are considered the coach of that player, if the NFL coach decides against playing that particular player then you would do the same and wouldn’t of started him.

So, if in the printed media (newspapers, TV, internet) STATES that a player is a game time decision then you may do the following:

You start that player like you would if you knew he was going to play, and then you declare one of your bench players as the player to play in his spot if he ends up not playing.  If your player does not play a single down in that game then you get the points for your bonus player performance.  But! If that game time decision player plays even one second you get his points even if it is literally one second.
