| N2FL: At what age did you start playing football? |
| R.B.: I started playing football when I was 6-years old. |
| N2FL: What was your favorite college team growing up? |
| R.B.: It was always Florida State. |
| N2FL: Favorite NFL Team? |
| R.B.: The Denver Broncos |
| N2FL: Do you try and idolize any specific player? |
| R.B.: My older brother Mike, and LaDainian Tomlinson. |
| N2FL: Any particular reason for the jersey number? |
| R.B.: For my older brother Mike Bass who played at the University of Hawaii. He suffered an injury to his knee, which ended his football career. |
| N2FL: When and who was your first scholarship offer? |
| R.B.: November of 2006, from San Diego State. |
| N2FL: How many scholarship offers do you currently have? |
| R.B.: Currently I have 16. |
| N2FL: Is there a school that hasn't offered you that you would like to see do so? |
| R.B.: Yes two, Florida State and Michigan. |
| N2FL: What are some of the considerations you have when deciding between schools? |
| R.B.: For me it's going to be PLAYING TIME and maybe location. |
| N2FL: Who are the schools currently on your list for consideration? Any leader(s)? |
| R.B.: Every school who has offered is on my list, Although Arizona State is pretty high on it. Besides them I do not have any other leaders. |
| N2FL: Who is currently recruiting you the hardest? |
| R.B.: Probably Minnesota. |
| N2FL: What position would you prefer to play in college? Who is recruiting you to play where? |
| R.B.: Running Back, that's what every school is, and should be recruiting me for. |
| N2FL: Have you thought about who you might want to "officially visit"? |
| R.B.: Yes: ASU, Minnesota, Florida State, Oregon State and Ole Miss. |
| N2FL: What are some of your playing strengths? |
| R.B.: I think I have really great vision and speed. A lot of coaches have told me I have a lot of power for my size. |
| N2FL: What are some things you would like to work on between now and college? |
| R.B.: The number one thing I would like to work on would be my pass blocking. It's ok now, but I know once I get to college, coaches are going to be expecting me to be "Great" in that area. |
| N2FL: How do you feel about Redshirting? |
| R.B.: It's not even on my mind, but if it's what I have to do to succeed then I will. |
| N2FL: Do you have a major in mind? |
| R.B.: Yes, I would love to maybe study Criminology. |
| N2FL: What are your goals for your senior season? |
| R.B.: My goals for my senior year will be winning C.I.F. and going on to play for the State Title. |
| N2FL: What is the craziest recruiting "pitch" you have heard so far? |
| R.B.: A coach from my school told me I have a really good chance of coming in an starting at Running Back for USC. |
| N2FL: Do you have a time frame as to when you would like to commit? |
| R.B.: I do not have one yet. I'm just going to take my time. |
| N2FL: Have you communicated with any prospective recruits about attending the same school? |
| R.B.: Pretty much all the top guys who are attending UCLA have told me about how good they're going to be and stuff, and a few other players. |
| N2FL: Who has been the biggest influence in your life? |
| R.B.: My brothers have always been my biggest influences, they are the ones who got me loving football so much. |
