N2FL:  At what age did you start playing football?
 
V.D.:  I was 14 years-old, my freshman yr in high school.
 
N2FL:  What was your favorite college team growing up?
 
V.D.:  UCLA because my cousin, Eric Turner played for them.
 
N2FL:  Favorite NFL Team?
 
V.D.:  49'ers
 
N2FL:  Do you try and idolize any specific player?
 
V.D.:  I like to watch the great tackles play like Jonathan Ogden
 
N2FL:  When and who was your first scholarship offer?
 
V.D.:  It was from Michigan, during the first week of my Jr. yr.
 
N2FL:  How many scholarship offers do you currently have?
 
V.D.:  I don't know really, but I would say about 20.
 
N2FL:  Is there a school that hasn't offered you that you would like to see do so?
 
V.D.:  USC and Notre Dame
 
N2FL:  What are some of the considerations you have when deciding between schools?
 
V.D.:  I just want to be comfortable with the school and coaches.
 
N2FL:  Who are the schools currently on your list for consideration? Any leader(s)?
 
V.D.:  Michigan, UCLA, USC, Florida, Nebraska, Notre Dame, LSU, Arizona
 
N2FL:  Who is currently recruiting you the hardest?
 
V.D.:  Nebraska
 
N2FL:  What position would you prefer to play in college? Who is recruiting you to play where?
 
V.D.:  I would just like to play either guard or tackle. Each school is looking at me in different spots, depending on where I'm needed.
 
N2FL:  Have you thought about who you might want to "officially visit"?
 
V.D.:  Michigan, Florida, Nebraska, LSU, and Notre Dame
 
N2FL:  What are some of your playing strengths?
 
V.D.:  My speed for my size. I surprised people when I ran a 5.2 (40-yard dash) at the scout combine, weighing 350.
 
N2FL:  What are some things you would like to work on between now and college?
 
V.D.:  Losing weight and getting faster.
 
N2FL:  How do you feel about Redshirting?
 
V.D.:  If I keep up the hard work, I shouldn't need to.
 
N2FL:  Do you have a major in mind?
 
V.D.:  Marketing
 
N2FL:  What are your goals for your senior season?
 
V.D.:  To go 15 and 0 and win State.
 
N2FL:  What is the craziest recruiting "pitch" you have heard so far?
 
V.D.:  From Utah, they told me that they would take me hunting and fishing everyday.
 
N2FL:  Do you have a time frame as to when you would like to commit?
 
V.D.:  No not really, but maybe at an All-Star game.
 
N2FL:  Have you communicated with any prospective recruits about attending the same school?
 
V.D.:  Yes, me and my teammate Darrell Scott
 
N2FL:  Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
 
V.D.:  Jon Mack, he has taught me more than the game of football, but how to be great in life.
