| N2FL: At what age did you start playing football? |
| C.T.: I started playing sandlot football at about the age of 7 or 8 and I started organized football at about 10-years-old. |
| N2FL: When and who was your first scholarship offer? |
| C.T.: My first offer came on October 26, 2007 by Florida State. |
| N2FL: How many scholarship offers do you currently have? |
| C.T.: About ten true scholarship offers. |
| N2FL: What was your favorite college team growing up? |
| C.T.: Growing up, my favorite college team was the Miami Hurricanes. |
| N2FL: Have a favorite NFL Team? |
| C.T.: My favorite NFL team is the New England Patriots. |
| N2FL: Do you try and emulate any specific player? |
| C.T.: Well I would say two specific players; I try to be a mix between Devin Hester and Reggie Bush. I just like watching those two players and wish I could be more like them. |
| N2FL: Any particular reason for the jersey number? |
| C.T.: I like changing numbers every year. My sophomore year I wanted to wear #23 because of Devin Hester. My junior year I got #21 because of LaDainian Tomlinson. |
| N2FL: You committed to Florida State in late February, why did you decide to end the process so early? |
| C.T.: I just felt like that could be the place for me. |
| N2FL: What were some of the considerations when choosing your school? |
| C.T.: The location, playing time ,the type of offense they run and how I was going to be used. |
| N2FL: Are there any schools who continue to recruit you despite your commitment? Who? |
| C.T.: Not too many schools have been recruiting me lately. I've spoken with some coaches but no really deep conversations: Stanford, Maryland, South Florida. |
| N2FL: Who was your lead recruiter at Florida State? |
| C.T.: Coach Jody Allen |
| N2FL: Despite your pledge to the Seminoles, will you take any "official visits" anywhere else? |
| C.T.: Yes, I will take my official visits. |
| N2FL: Was there another school(s) in consideration before you pulled the trigger on the Noles, and what was it about Florida State that ultimately sold you on them? |
| C.T.: One school that was really at the top of my list was Clemson, but what sold me on (Florida State) was my relationship with the coaches. |
| N2FL: What do you see as some of your playing strengths? |
| C.T.: Some of my strengths would be my speed and elusiveness. |
| N2FL: What are some things you would like to work on between now and college? |
| C.T.: I would like to work on being a better leader and get bigger, faster and stronger. |
| N2FL: What positions are you being recruited to play? |
| C.T.: I am being recruited to play running back, slot receiver, and do kick return and punt returns. |
| N2FL: Where does Florida State plan to play you? |
| C.T.: They plan to play me all over the field offensively and also play special teams |
| N2FL: How do you feel about Redshirting? |
| C.T.: I wouldn't want to get redshirted unless it's the best thing for me to do. |
| N2FL: Do you have a major in mind? |
| C.T.: I have been thinking about doing criminology as a major. |
| N2FL: What are your goals for your senior season? |
| C.T.: My goals for my senior season are to win the state championship and have 3000 total yards. I "Dream Big". |
| N2FL: What is the craziest recruiting "pitch" you have heard so far? |
| C.T.: I haven't heard any crazy recruiting pitches yet. |
| N2FL: Have you communicated with any prospective recruits about attending Florida State with you? |
| C.T.: I have talked to my friends at school about it, but I won't change their minds about it. |
| N2FL: Who has been the biggest influence in your life? |
| C.T.: The biggest influences in my life have been my mom and stepfather. He treats me like I'm his own and tells me the right choices to always make. |
