J.N.: Age 11

N2FL: What was your favorite college team growing up?

J.N.: Ohio State

N2FL: Have a favorite NFL Team?

J.N.: Cleveland Browns

N2FL: Do you try and emulate any specific player?

J.N.: Dwight Freeney

N2FL: Any particular reason for the jersey number?

J.N.: I've had it since I was a kid.

N2FL: When and who was your first scholarship offer?

J.N.: Illinois and Ohio State offered the same day in January.

N2FL: How many scholarship offers do you currently have?

J.N.: I have 22

N2FL: Is there a school that hasn't offered you that you would like to see do so?

J.N.: Yes, Miami

N2FL: What are some of the considerations you have when deciding between schools?

J.N.: location and their personnel

N2FL: Who are the schools currently on your list for consideration? Any leader(s)?

J.N.: Ohio State, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State, Michigan, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, Louisville and Purdue stand out on my offer list to me.

N2FL: Who is currently recruiting you the hardest?

J.N.: Recently it has been a tie between Michigan, Ohio State, Illinois, Michigan State and Vanderbilt.

N2FL: What positions are you being recruited to play?

J.N.: Defensive End and Outside Linebacker

N2FL: Have you thought about who you might want to "officially visit"?

J.N.: yeah, but not sure

N2FL: What do you feel are some of your playing strengths?

J.N.: speed and knowledge of the game, awareness and a desire to hit.

N2FL: What are some things you would like to work on between now and college?

J.N.: Getting stronger and working on speed and some D-Line moves and pass coverage.

N2FL: How do you feel about Redshirting?

J.N.: I don't want to but if that is what's best, then so be it.

N2FL: Do you have a major in mind?

J.N.: Physical Education or Business

N2FL: What are your goals for your senior season?

J.N.: To simply win the State championship.

N2FL: What is the craziest recruiting "pitch" you have heard so far?

J.N.: None really, everyone has been straight forward.

N2FL: Do you have a time frame as to when you would like to commit?

J.N.: After the season and when I take my visits.

N2FL: Have you communicated with any prospective recruits about attending the same school?

J.N.: Chris Fields, Melvin Fellows and some of my friends who are already in college. Former teammates like Eric Thomas (Indiana) and LeBron Daniel (Iowa).

N2FL: Who has been the biggest influence in your life?

J.N.: my mother and coach Ginn.
