N2FL:  At what age did you start playing football?
 
P.K.:  I started playing at age of 12.
 
N2FL:  Who was your first scholarship offer?
 
P.K.:  Wisconsin was my first scholarship offer.
 
N2FL:  How many scholarship offers do you currently have?
 
P.K.:  I have 4 scholarship offers.
 
N2FL:  What was your favorite college team growing up?
 
P.K.:  I didn't have a favorite college team growing up.
 
N2FL:  Have a favorite NFL Team?
 
P.K.:  N.Y. Giants are my favorite NFL team.
 
N2FL:  Do you try and emulate any specific player?
 
P.K.:  I really try to bring my own style of playing.
 
N2FL:  Any particular reason for the jersey number?
 
P.K.:   It was the last single-digit number left on the roster in '05. It's a symbol of my hard work during tryouts, me and the others had to make the team as freshmen.
 
N2FL:  You committed to Kansas in early June, why did you decide to end your recruitment early?
 
P.K.:   So that I could focus on being a (Trinity High) Trojan.
 
N2FL:  What were some of the considerations when choosing your school?
 
P.K.:  Kansas is like a dream come true. It was something I'd talked about even before I knew they were recruiting me.
 
N2FL:  Are there any schools who continue to recruit you despite your commitment?
 
P.K.:  Louisville, Buffalo, Wisconsin, Idaho and New Mexico are just some of the schools still recruiting.
 
N2FL:  Who was your lead recruiter at Kansas?
 
P.K.:  Coach Clint Bowen
 
N2FL:  Despite your pledge to the Jayhawks, will you take any "official visits" anywhere else?
 
P.K.:  I don't know about any other visits yet.
 
N2FL:  Was there another school(s) in consideration before you pulled the trigger on the Jayhawks, and what was it about Kansas that ultimately sold you on them?
 
P.K.:  Wisconsin was a consideration, but Kansas was a more better fit for me and my family.
 
N2FL:  What do you view as some of your playing strengths?
 
P.K.:  Being smart and physical are a few of my strengths.
 
N2FL:  What are some things you would like to work on between now and college?
 
P.K.:  My timing is something I need to work on before college.
 
N2FL:  What positions are you being recruited to play?
 
P.K.:  Safety and Corner
 
N2FL:  Where does Kansas plan on playing you?
 
P.K.:  Kansas is planning on playing me some at safety and some at corner.
 
N2FL:  How do you feel about Redshirting?
 
P.K.:  Redshirting is not something I think of. I always try to think positive and that working hard will get me where I need to be.
 
N2FL:  Do you have a major in mind?
 
P.K.:  Accounting is what I want to major in.
 
N2FL:  What are your goals for your senior season?
 
P.K.:  My goal as a senior is to be the best all-around and also to make my teammates better by doing the basics.
 
N2FL:  What is the craziest recruiting "pitch" you have heard so far?
 
P.K.:  That Bowie high and Trinity high both have two teammates that are attending Kansas.
 
N2FL:  Have you communicated with any prospective recruits about attending Kansas with you?
 
P.K.:  I haven't really contacted any prospects about attending Kansas with me.
 
N2FL:  Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
 
P.K.:  My mom has been the biggest influence in my life.
